There is valuable, life saving medicine in our stories that can heal us personally and as a society. To tell our stories, we must first find them. Sometimes they are locked within our body, sometimes they are hiding behind the swirling thoughts in our mind, sometimes they are shrouded by old stories that no longer serve us. Narrative Healing applies a three-pronged approach to unveiling our personal narratives: meditation helps to still and clear the mind, yoga allows the body to speak, and writing prompts allow stories to surface. This program is a true integration of mind, body, and spirit.
