An Interactive Literary & Creative Gathering
Join author, social worker, and Narrative Healing founder Lisa Weinert for an afternoon of reflection, conversation, writing, music, and creative exploration at the historic Salmagundi Club in downtown Manhattan.
As summer begins to soften, Creative Reset invites you to step away from the pressures of productivity and reconnect with attention, imagination, and creative possibility.
Drawing on Lisa’s Narrative Healing™ approach, this interactive gathering blends guided writing, mindfulness, gentle somatic practices, conversation, and live music to help you reconnect with yourself, your creativity, and a community of fellow seekers.
Whether you’re a writer, artist, creative professional, or simply longing for a more reflective afternoon, you’ll leave feeling inspired, grounded, and creatively renewed.
No writing experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Spots are limited- so register quickly.
A Narrative Healing Writing Retreat
Join author and teacher Lisa Weinert, founder of Narrative Healing™, for an immersive retreat exploring the healing power of storytelling. Blending mindful movement, reflection, and guided writing, this unique mind–body approach helps participants access the stories held within and bring them to the page with clarity and compassion.
Through gentle somatic practices, contemplative exercises, and writing prompts, you’ll reconnect with your voice, develop a sustainable writing practice, and experience the power of storytelling in community.
A space to slow down, reconnect with your creative voice, and explore writing as a form of rest.
If you’ve been moving quickly, or carrying more than you’ve had time to process, this is a place to pause.
Join Lisa Weinert, Jamia Wilson, and Sadie Brightman for a late-summer gathering rooted in Narrative Healing™—a mind–body approach to writing. Beginning with gentle movement followed by writing and quiet reflection guided by creative prompts and live piano, this half-day retreat creates space to reconnect with your own voice.
This is not a traditional writing workshop. There’s nothing to get right and nothing you have to share. You’re welcome to write, rest, or simply be here—following what feels most supportive in the moment.
All are welcome, no writing experience required.
Join Artist Julia Morgan leads this workshop conference that is designed to spark creativity and deepen engagement with both subject and medium.
As always we learn so much from each other. No matter what the experience level, each of us has much to share as we encounter and engage with the unpredictable and unparalleled beauty of watercolor.
Some drawing experience is helpful, but watercolor beginners are warmly welcome.
Experienced watercolorists are invited to join morning sessions as desired before venturing out to explore the island on their own. Lively and supportive pre-dinner gatherings offer time for sharing the day’s work with each other.
A Mindfulness with Horses & Narrative Healing Retreat
Join Jennifer Cohen Harper and Lisa Weinert for a restorative retreat at Omega Institute for Holistic Studies. Through mindful interaction with rescued horses, somatic practices, and guided writing, participants reconnect with their authentic voice, restore nervous system balance, and awaken the healing power of story.
Contact us if you are interested in booking Lisa as a speaker or a Narrative Healing workshop for your community.
